What to know before you start.

What do we receive from the first assessment?

Written findings on the requirement or AI use, the current evidence, material gaps, responsibilities and the recommended next step. Before work starts, you know what the assessment covers, what you will receive and what it will cost.

Does the work include a gap analysis?

Yes, when it is relevant to the specific matter. The analysis does not stand alone. It connects the requirement to your current evidence, the people who need to contribute and the decision leadership needs to make.

Can our own team use the assessment?

Yes. The deliverable is designed so leadership can decide and the team can continue with a prioritised plan and clear responsibilities.

Can Accel Comply also help with implementation?

Yes, when the assessment identifies specific improvements that can be described with responsibilities, milestones and a clear completion point. That work is agreed separately.

Who performs the work?

Each engagement has one named lead. Work is accepted only when the lead and any required specialists can support the agreed deliverable and milestones. Their roles are written down before work starts.

Do we need a separate person for every function?

No. One person may hold several roles. Accel Comply needs access to the people who know the requirement, evidence and risks, plus someone who can approve the decision.

What can procurement review before contracting?

Accel Comply can provide the current data processing agreement and identify the service providers relevant to the proposed work. Access, data handling, retention, deletion and any customer security requirements are agreed before material is shared.
