How it works

From the first conversation to a basis your team can use.

You know what will be examined, what you will receive and when your team needs to decide the next step.

1
Before a proposal

A short conversation about the situation

We discuss what made the matter current, who needs the result and when it must be ready.

The conversation establishes whether Accel Comply is relevant and whether the work can be defined responsibly.

What we need to know

  • The situation and deadline
  • Who needs the answer
  • Who can provide access
  • What is currently outside the work
2
First engagement

Analysis and decision basis

The agreed question is examined through the relevant documents, conversations and sources. Scope, fee and deliverable are agreed in advance.

The result brings together the assessment, material gaps, responsibilities, priorities and recommended next step.

What you receive

  • A written assessment
  • Sources and existing evidence
  • Material gaps and responsibilities
  • A prioritised action plan
3
Joint review

Decide what to do

We review the assessment and the choices it points to. The recommendation must be clear, including when the right choice is to stop or continue internally.

Leadership keeps the decision. Accel Comply makes the basis and consequences clear.

Possible choices

  • Stop after the assessment
  • Carry out the plan internally
  • Use a relevant specialist
  • Agree help with specific improvements
4
New agreement, if relevant

Carry out the selected improvements

If you want further help, the selected improvements are described with responsibilities, milestones and a clear completion point.

Ongoing support is agreed only when the matter shows a real and continuing need.

What must be agreed

  • The intended result
  • Responsibilities and access
  • Milestones and approval
  • Completion or a new review

Possible work products

The content follows the question, not a standard package.

A customer requirement and an AI use need different specialist work, but both engagements must end in something your team can use.

Assessment

The requirement or AI use, the current basis, material gaps and the limit of the conclusion.

Plan

Prioritised actions, responsibilities, dependencies and the sequence that makes sense for the organisation.

Handover

A joint review and material that leadership and the team can keep using after the engagement.

What do you need to clarify?

Describe the situation, the deadline and what is blocking progress today.

The reply says whether the matter fits. It also outlines the likely first deliverable and the information needed to begin.
