Get one coherent answer to customer requirements and a clear decision on AI use.

Accel Comply brings the relevant leaders and specialists together around the matter. You receive one written assessment of the requirement, evidence, decision, business consequence, owners and prioritised next steps.

Two service areas

Choose the situation you are dealing with.

Customer requirements, security and compliance

When a questionnaire, audit or transaction has a deadline

Accel Comply helps leadership and the relevant people in sales, product, IT, security and compliance clarify the requirement and assemble the evidence. One person may hold several of these roles. Leadership then decides what to answer, improve or defer.

This fits when

  • A customer or procurement team needs security or compliance evidence
  • You need one view of your current position before an audit, certification or transaction
  • Several teams own separate parts, but nobody owns the complete answer

What you receive

  • A requirement and evidence map showing what supports each important answer, what is missing and who needs to approve the response
  • A leadership decision note with the decision, business consequence, material risks, open questions and recommendation
  • Named owners and a prioritised plan for the customer response, audit or transaction
  • For questionnaires: clarity on whether your team can finish the answers or needs separately scoped drafting help
  • If drafting is agreed separately: proposed answers linked to source evidence, named client approvers and a reusable evidence record
  • For ISO 27001 or SOC 2: a scoped view of evidence, gaps, ownership and the next decision. Accel Comply does not perform certification, attestation or audit

AI use and decisions

When an AI use must be assessed, approved and explained

Accel Comply helps leadership and the owners of process, data, technology, security and compliance assess one AI use and make its responsibilities, risks, requirements and conditions clear. Leadership makes the decision.

This fits when

  • A team wants to use a new AI system or supplier
  • A customer asks how the company uses and governs AI
  • Leadership needs to say yes, no or yes with clear conditions

What you receive

  • A decision record describing the use, purpose and decision leadership needs to make
  • Data, supplier, affected people and material risks in one place
  • Clear responsibility, relevant requirements and necessary controls
  • A written recommendation with conditions, owner and review point, ready to record in product approval, risk or AI governance

A useful result

The assessment is ready to use straight away.

You receive a written assessment that leadership can decide from and the team can use for the work ahead.

The decision comes before the framework

The assessment starts with what the customer, leadership or product team needs to decide. Standards and regulation are used only where they change that decision.

Only the gaps that affect the matter

You do not receive a long wish list. The assessment shows which gaps affect the requirement, deadline or AI decision and which can wait.

One plan across the people involved

The plan shows who approves, who contributes, what depends on what and what should happen first. One person may hold several roles in a smaller company.

Material your organisation keeps

Use the assessment in leadership discussions, customer responses, approval records and later improvement work.

After the assessment

You choose what happens next.

The assessment makes the next move and its owner clear.

01

Use the plan internally

Your own team can implement the recommendations using the assessment, priorities and responsibilities that were handed over.

02

Agree help with specific improvements

Accel Comply can lead defined work packages when the result, responsibilities, milestones and completion point are clear.

03

Discuss ongoing help

If the same questions need continuing attention, you can agree ongoing help separately.

When the work makes sense

Check the conditions before you start.

This works when

  • A specific customer requirement or AI use needs to be assessed
  • The result will support a real customer, leadership or product decision
  • Someone in leadership can approve direction and priorities
  • The relevant people and documents can be made available

This does not work when

  • Routine technical operations or staffing
  • Legal advice, audit, attestation or certification
  • A general request without a specific matter or access to the relevant people
  • Additional staffing without a defined result

FAQ

What to know before you start.

What do we receive from the first assessment?

Written findings on the requirement or AI use, the current evidence, material gaps, responsibilities and the recommended next step. Before work starts, you know what the assessment covers, what you will receive and what it will cost.

Does the work include a gap analysis?

Yes, when it is relevant to the specific matter. The analysis does not stand alone. It connects the requirement to your current evidence, the people who need to contribute and the decision leadership needs to make.

Can our own team use the assessment?

Yes. The deliverable is designed so leadership can decide and the team can continue with a prioritised plan and clear responsibilities.

Can Accel Comply also help with implementation?

Yes, when the assessment identifies specific improvements that can be described with responsibilities, milestones and a clear completion point. That work is agreed separately.

Who performs the work?

Each engagement has one named lead. Work is accepted only when the lead and any required specialists can support the agreed deliverable and milestones. Their roles are written down before work starts.

Do we need a separate person for every function?

No. One person may hold several roles. Accel Comply needs access to the people who know the requirement, evidence and risks, plus someone who can approve the decision.

What can procurement review before contracting?

Accel Comply can provide the current data processing agreement and identify the service providers relevant to the proposed work. Access, data handling, retention, deletion and any customer security requirements are agreed before material is shared.

What do you need to bring together and clarify?

Describe the requirement or AI use, who is involved, when the decision must be made and what is blocking progress today.
