About

One accountable lead from the first question to the final handover.

Each engagement has one named lead who brings in the relevant specialists and follows the matter from scoping to handover.

Founder, Accel Comply

Why Accel Comply exists

I help make important decisions workable.

Companies faced important customer requirements, security work or AI uses that crossed several parts of the business. Capable people contributed, but nobody had the time and responsibility to bring the assessment together and finish the work. That is why I founded Accel Comply.

Before founding Accel Comply, I worked at Innofactor, Crayon and Sentia on IT, cloud, security and compliance.

Today I lead Accel Comply's work turning customer requirements and AI questions into an assessment, a prioritised plan and clear ownership across the organisation.

In practice

How Accel Comply works with you.

The engagement starts with what you need to clarify and ends with a deliverable your organisation can keep using.

Situation

Start with the situation

We clarify what happened, what you need to decide and when the answer is needed.

Assessment

Build a usable basis

Sources, important gaps, responsibilities, priorities and the recommendation are collected in a written deliverable.

Next step

Make the next step clear

You can continue internally, stop or agree help with the specific improvements you choose to carry out.

Principles

What you can expect.

01

One named lead

The lead follows the matter from the first conversation to handover and keeps the relevant specialists' contributions connected.

02

Written scope before work starts

The question, evidence, boundaries and completion point are agreed before delivery.

03

A clear handover

The engagement records what your team owns next and what remains outside the agreed scope.

Practical details

How the engagement is arranged.

Supplier review

Before contracting, Accel Comply can provide its current data processing agreement and identify the service providers relevant to the proposed work. Security, access, retention and deletion requirements are recorded before material is shared.

Working language and location

Based in Denmark, working in Danish and English. Remote delivery is standard; on-site work is agreed where the scope benefits from it.

Material and access

Access, systems and the location of work products are agreed before documents or data are shared. Working material and final deliverables stay in the agreed location so your organisation retains access after handover.

Scope and staffing

The deliverable, fee, milestones and named lead are agreed in writing. Work is accepted only when the lead and any required specialists can support that agreement.

Next step

Start with the matter that is current.

A short description is enough. Name the requirement or AI use and when the decision is needed. Add the people involved.

The reply says whether the matter fits. It also outlines the likely first deliverable and the information needed to begin.
